The Ghana Education Service (GES) in the wake of posting qualified JHS graduates to their various schools has announced that the reporting date for first-year senior high school students has been postponed from March 10 to March 18.
According to the government agency, the rescheduling of the day of reporting is to provide parents and the students ample time to prepare.
In light of this, GES in an official press statement noted that academic work is expected to commence on March 22.
Various Senior High Schools across the country, however, will embark mid-semester break from March 8 to March 11.
